Storytime:
Ages 0-3 are invited to Baby and Toddler time at South Boston every Tuesday at 10:00 am.
Kids age 3-9 are invited to Storytime every
- Monday at 7:00 pm at the Halifax Library
- Thursday at 7:00 pm at the South Boston Library!
Book Club:
The Halifax Book Club, for ages 18 and up, meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the magazine room of the Halifax Library.
Art Display:
Paintings by local artist Theresa Sitar are on display at the Halifax Library.

Rebecca Skloot, author of The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, will be speaking in the auditorium at the Prizery at 3:00pm. Sponsored by the Friends of the Halifax County-South Boston Regional Library.
