Storytime:
Ages 0-3 are invited to Baby and Toddler time at South Boston every Tuesday at 10:00 am and at Halifax every Wednesday at 11:00 am.
Kids age 3-9 are invited to Storytime every
- Monday at 6:00 pm at the Halifax Library
- Thursday at 6:00 pm at the South Boston Library
Book Club:
The Halifax Book Club, for ages 18 and up, meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the magazine room of the Halifax Library.
Health Information and Advocacy@Your Library:
A Health Information Specialist is available to answer questions and give advice every
- Tuesday from 11:00 to 3:00 pm at the Halifax Library
- Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the South Boston Library
Veterans Service Representative:
A representative from the Virginia Department of Veterans Services is available at the South Boston Library every first, third, and fifth Tuesday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Art Display:
Paintings by local artist Theresa Sitar are on display at the Halifax Library.
