Halifax County South Boston Public Library System

The library recently received the Outstanding Public Relations Project award from the Virginia Public Library Directors Association.  The award was for the "Seats with a Story" fundraising event in December 2016.

The library wishes to thank the Community Foundation of the Dan River Region for a grant in the amount of $3,000.  The grant will be used to enhance the library's 2017 Summer Reading Program.
